I recently installed Microangelo On Display on my computer and I'm really impressed with the results. It's a great way to customize the look of my desktop and make everything look more organized. I love the ability to change the font, size and color of the icon text and the ability to create categories for my desktop and system icons. The overlays and mouse pointers are also customizable and look great. I highly recommend this program if you're looking for a way to spruce up your desktop.
You can customize the appearance of your Desktop in various ways, from wallpaper and resolution adjustments to color calibration and display orientation selections. But, if you wish to take it to the next level and change the icon's display mode, Microangelo On Display will provide you with plenty of solutions.
The application allowed me to change everything from icon image and color to mouse pointers and icon text. What impressed me the most was the ability to modify the icon overlays, an option that sets this program apart from other similar applications.
Unfortunately, it's impossible to apply changes to more than one icon at the same time. I selected three folders, right-clicked over one of them and the Appearance menu didn't even open.
Also, there might be times when the new changes don't display immediately; to solve this issue, you can use the Rebuild Cache option which instantly restarts the Windows shell tool and updates the icon's image.
Although I was pleased by the performance of Microangelo On Display, I must admit I wouldn't acquire it, as customizing the appearance of my Windows doesn't rank so high on my purchases list.
